Full Job Description
• Work with VP Transformation to connect S&P workstreams, markets, functions, and enabling teams to maintain alignment on activities, dependencies, and timing.
• Coordinate market and functional activation activities across Coupa, operations, change/comms, and the countries, including readiness milestones, workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain the consolidated program plan, key milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and action tracking across workstreams so we can effectively report updates in our Tower.
• Monitor activation readiness, surface gaps or risks, and drive follow-up with accountable workstream owners to close any technical or process gaps,
• Coordinate program meetings, leadership updates, working sessions, agendas, materials, decisions, and action follow-through.
• Identify and coordinate cross-workstream dependencies, handoffs, and sequencing to minimize execution gaps.
• Maintain risks, issues, decisions, and escalations, ensuring appropriate owners and timely resolution.
• Facilitate connectivity across S&P, Finance, GSS, markets, Change, Technology, and other impacted teams.
• Consolidate workstream updates into concise dashboards, status reporting, and leadership-ready progress summaries.
• Reinforce accountability for commitments, deliverables, decisions, and timelines across the transformation.
