Job SummaryMission One is seeking a Mid-Level Counterintelligence Analyst, who is familiar with the space domain, to provide all-source intelligence and counterintelligence support. The analyst will assess intelligence threats to U.S. personnel, operations, technologies, infrastructure, supply chains, and other equities and deliver timely, decision-quality intelligence to operational leaders and senior decision-makers.

The position supports three integrated mission areas: Intelligence Requirements Coordination (IRC), Intelligence Mission Integration, and Intelligence Analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Intelligence Requirements Coordination (IRC): Supports intelligence requirements by coordinating development, collection management, tracking, and advocacy across the Intelligence Community. Ensures decision-makers receive timely, relevant intelligence supporting operations, acquisition, capability development, policy, and planning.

  • Intelligence Mission Integration: Provides integrated intelligence support to operational leads by synchronizing activities across the intelligence cycle and leveraging IC analysis, capabilities, and expertise. Supports strategic and operational decision-making, threat warning, counterspace operations, acquisition, exercises, anomaly and emergency response, continuity operations, JIPOE-based threat estimates, collection strategy, and situational awareness.

  • Intelligence Analysis: Provides comprehensive intelligence analysis supporting decision-making, operations, mission assurance, and system survivability. Analyzes foreign, cyber, counterintelligence, and technical threats; develops threat capability and vulnerability assessments; evaluates impacts to space, ground, and information environments; and supports senior-level intelligence production, red teaming, and alternative-futures analysis.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant counterintelligence or intelligence experience.
  • Demonstrated experience producing concise, decision-quality intelligence assessments and briefings.
  • Ability to analyze complex, incomplete, and technically advanced intelligence information.
  • Experience collaborating across the Intelligence Community and supporting intelligence requirements, collection, or operations.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Intelligence Requirements Coordination, Intelligence Mission Integration, and Intelligence Analysis.
  • Active security clearance at the level required by the contract.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting, space, counterspace, or national intelligence missions.
  • Experience with JIPOE, threat warning, intelligence requirements, or collection management.
  • Experience conducting technical threat, vulnerability, red-team, or alternative-futures analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to multidisciplinary intelligence efforts.


Compensation: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
