Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience in healthcare (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Flexibility in schedule to meet job demands.
• Current proof of CPR and Hepatitis profiling required.
• Possession of valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate clinical departments and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in the development of professional service standards and personnel assignments.
• Supervise and guide subordinate staff effectively.
• Oversee the QAPI program and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify issues and report them to the Administrator through both verbal and written communication.
• Promote awareness of infection control and universal precautions in patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory continuing education requirements.
