As a Costing Manager for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you will apply practical project experience across PCL by helping teams establish effective cost structures, strengthen forecasting and change-management practices, and use our internal project management application, PM4+ Cost Management, with greater consistency and confidence.

This is an opportunity for an experienced construction professional who wants to broaden their impact, remain connected to operations, and build the tools, guidance, and capability that help project teams succeed.
You may be the person teammates turn to when a forecast needs a closer look, a cost structure is not working as intended, or a project needs a practical way forward. You combine sound construction judgment with curiosity, patience, and a service mindset. You can work through details without losing sight of the project outcome, and you are motivated by helping teams build stronger habits and make better-informed decisions.
