Job Title: Correctional Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Job Overview:
The Correctional Clinical Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for offering a range of psychological services to inmates in a correctional facility. This includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy. The therapist will work in a multidisciplinary team to support the mental and emotional well-being of inmates, facilitating their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Assessment and Diagnosis:**
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for inmates, including risk assessments.
- Diagnose mental health conditions using DSM-V criteria.

2. **Treatment Planning and Implementation:**
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on issues such as substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and behavioral disorders.

3. **Crisis Intervention:**
- Respond to mental health crises within the facility.
- Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management interventions.
