JOB DESCRIPTION

This team is responsible for working with Product, Technology and marketing teams to build and manage marketing enhancements.  

As a Corporate Website Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) lead on the Marketing Execution team, you will drive testing strategy, automation, digital accessibility, and quality governance across our Corporate Websites. You will guide a distributed team of functional testing, accessibility, and automation specialists; embed quality earlier in the development lifecycle; and modernize testing through scalable automation, data, and responsible use of artificial intelligence. The role partners across Business Analysis, Platform, Development, Content Production, Risk and Controls, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, accessible, and compliant digital experiences. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute the QA/QC strategy for Corporate Websites, establishing testing standards, quality controls, and risk-based testing practices across the development lifecycle. 
  • Lead and develop a distributed team responsible for quality control, digital accessibility, test automation, reporting, and operational support. 
  • Integrate quality practices throughout the delivery process, ensuring effective testing, release readiness, defect prevention, and continuous improvement. 
  • Drive the automation and AI roadmap, identifying opportunities to increase testing efficiency, improve coverage, reduce manual effort, and enhance quality outcomes. 
  • Oversee automated testing and monitoring capabilities, including regression testing, accessibility scanning, link validation, analytics validation, and other quality assurance processes. 
  • Provide leadership for digital accessibility compliance, ensuring alignment with firm standards, WCAG requirements, accessibility testing practices, and remediation processes. 
  • Own defect governance, including prioritization, remediation oversight, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely resolution of quality and accessibility issues. 
  • Maintain a strong control environment by overseeing quality controls, testing evidence, documentation, compliance readiness, and audit support activities. 
  • Manage QA/QC operational processes, procedures, shared services, and vendor relationships supporting accessibility, remediation, and automated quality solutions. 
  • Deliver management reporting and insights on quality performance, automation effectiveness, accessibility compliance, operational risks, and continuous improvement opportunities. 
  • Serve as the senior QA/QC technology leader, advising stakeholders on testing strategy, automation, quality risks, and investment priorities. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

 

  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA/QC, Test Automation, or a related technology field, including leadership of technical teams. 
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). 
  • Proven experience leading testing strategies and quality programs across the software development lifecycle. 
  • Strong expertise in test automation, quality engineering practices, and continuous improvement for digital platforms. 
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, application testing, defect management, and digital quality assurance. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop distributed teams, including employees, contractors, and technical subject matter experts. 
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. 
  • Experience using quality metrics, reporting, and data analysis to drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes. 
  • Strong risk, controls, and governance experience, including audit readiness, documentation, and compliance oversight. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence across Business Stakeholders, Operations, Risk, and vendor partners. 

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

 

  • Experience leading quality engineering and testing for large-scale websites, digital platforms, or regulated environments, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). 
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG), accessibility testing, remediation practices, and compliance requirements. 
  • Experience with accessibility tools, scanning platforms, and external remediation providers. 
  • Experience implementing automation and AI-driven solutions to improve testing efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness. 
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated quality controls. 
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Engineering, Agile, Accessibility, Cloud, or related technology disciplines. 
  • Proven success driving modernization initiatives and delivering measurable improvements in quality, automation, accessibility, and operational performance.
