Overview:

Support and execute the organization’s long-term facilities master plan in alignment with system strategy, service line growth, and financial priorities. Provide executive-level guidance for facility investments, site selection, and capital project prioritization. Partner with senior executives and the board on facility-related business cases and strategic capital planning. Lead the design and implementation of sustainable and evidence-based environments that support healing, safety, and efficiency. Oversee all design and construction activities for new facilities, expansions, and renovations across the health system. Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Implement standardized project management processes, reporting systems, and performance metrics.

Champion the integration of technology, innovation, and sustainability in facility design and construction.

Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management for corporate and corporate clinical sites. Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing physical environment across all locations. Lead initiatives for energy management, operational efficiencies and environmental stewardship. Develop and manage multimillion-dollar capital and operating budgets for facilities and construction programs. Optimize capital utilization and lifecycle management of physical assets. Oversight for vendor management, contract considerations, and procure to pay for all divisional projects. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in facilities management, design, construction and sustainability. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
