Corporate Secretary Operations & Technology Analyst
About the Role
As a member of the Service Delivery team within the Global Legal, Compliance & Regulatory organization, you will support entity management and drive a culture of strong data reporting and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary System Administrator for AIG’s entity management system owning all technical system administrator functions, including data quality, integrity and reporting
- Partner with GLCR Technology and Corporate Secretary clients to create and implement technical solutions to support business processes, including business process enhancements
- Review functional specifications, create detailed technical design and technical specifications, and oversee all testing activities
- Analyze entity data for inconsistencies, troubleshoot and find and implement workable, sustainable solutions
- Lead the technical deployment of platform maintenance releases and enhancements
- Respond to business-specific user issues and address specialized requests/questions
- Research and resolve non-routine entity management technical queries
- Maintain comprehensive project and technical documentation repository
- Manage the production, delivery and quality assurance of all entity management reporting, including automated recurring reports
- Support board management platform in partnership with senior technology resources, including technical needs and client requirements / support of global meetings
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of system administrator and/or entity management experience within a professional services, consulting, corporate legal department, or other legal services environment preferred.
- Process driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results, preferably in large, regulated global, corporate environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Paralegal qualification and experience with entity management, lifecycle events and compliance requirements
- BA or equivalent experience
The base salary range is $81,000-$110,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
