  • Help in executing lubrication strategies and matching standards

Responsibilities
  • Shift: Full Time, open to all shifts
  • Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
  • Salary: $120,000-$151,000

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies by working with equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
  • Develop digital 9Job Cards9 to support maintenance inspections and repetitive work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Support Plant Champions with implementation of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
  • Assist in the development and execution of lubrication strategies and standards
  • Support implementation of the company9s color-coded labeling system of matching lubricant to point of use
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor9s Degree with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience

  • Master9s Degree
