Full Job Description
Are you looking for the opportunity to work with innovative, passionate people on cutting edge AI that can literally save lives? If so, we are looking for a results-driven out of the box thinker responsible for hiring company-wide. You will devise and execute on strategies and processes for generating and recruiting qualified candidates, interviewing and other evaluation of these candidates, and establishing employment agreements in partnership with internal team and [as appropriate] external partners. Job responsibilities • Owns full life cycle recruiting - engaging with applicants from screening phase to offer negotiation and hiring. • Partner with hiring teams, other internal stakeholders and [where appropriate] external partners to build effective job candidate sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies. Manages expectations with all these parties through a deep understanding of return on investment. • Actively source qualified candidates using all prudent avenues. E.g., Employer promotion in the marketplace, personal networking and establishing strong relationships, using internet databases, social media, employee referrals, etc. • Ensure positive, professional candidate experience with interviewers and others - including by coaching our team on best practices. • Conduct interview debriefs and drive hiring decisions. • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. • Articulate in writing for management a hiring plan with deliverables, timelines, budget and a formal tracking process. Qualifications • 5+ years experience in a full life cycle recruiter/lead role for hiring engineering and non-engineering talent. Includes sourcing and negotiating/closing employment agreements for junior and senior level candidates. • 5+ years of experience working with recruiting tools and CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools. • Health tech industry experience required. • Successful startup experience strongly preferred. • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. • Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • You are passionate, tenacious, confident, self-driven, creative and a fast learner.
