Full Job Description
At Clark Pacific, the Corporate Quality Systems Lead, Field plays a critical role in maintaining and improving quality across field operations. Working within the Corporate Quality team, this role is responsible for leading audits, supporting compliance efforts, and partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met throughout production and installation. This position drives continuous improvement by analyzing processes, resolving quality issues, and supporting the development of procedures and training programs that enhance overall performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
  • Develop, negotiate, and implement internal quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
  • Ensure production and field operations comply with Clark Pacific and third-party standards (PCI, ACI, IAS, etc.).
  • Conduct audits of work processes, including pre-pour and post-pour inspections, lab functions, and field activities.
  • Monitor operations that impact quality and act as a catalyst for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, procedures, and training methods.
  • Identify training needs and support the development of in-house training programs.
  • Investigate customer complaints and support resolution efforts.
  • Review project KPIs and partner with Quality Management to resolve safety, quality, and cost issues.
  • Coordinate and support field welding, grouting, and façade installation audits.
  • Review and improve quality control policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement new quality processes as needed.
  • Manage and distribute field inspection reports and documentation.
  • Track completion of field documentation and quality records.
  • Provide real-time feedback on performance related to quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or field operations.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as PCI Manuals, MNL-116, MNL-117, and MNL-120.
  • Knowledge of building codes and job specifications (e.g., California Building Code, International Building Code).
  • AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or equivalent preferred.
  • Quality certifications (ISO 9000, ASQ) preferred.
  • Fall Protection Training and Boom/Scissor Lift Certification required.

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and compliance processes.
  • Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and statistical methods.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and field teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable escalating issues while maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
