Corporate Pilot- Phenom G280

Position Summary

As a Corporate Pilot, you will join a professional flight department dedicated to providing safe, seamless, and high-touch air transportation for our company's executive leadership and guests. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, exceptional judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. You will operate in a collaborative crew environment, alternating between Captain and First Officer duties as assigned.

Work Location: 2001 Proenergy Blvd, Sedalia, MO 65301

Position Responsibilities

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) on domestic and international flights, ensuring all operations comply with FAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel requirements, weight and balance, and performance calculations.
  • Actively participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and maintain a culture of proactive risk mitigation.
  • Provide a premium "white-glove" experience for passengers, assisting with baggage, catering coordination, and ground transportation as needed.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and stocking of the aircraft; coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and mission-ready.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs, expense reports, and training records.


Required Qualifications
  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land rating.
  • Current FAA 1ST or 2nd Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 3,000 hours total time, with at least 1,000 hours as PIC and 500 hours in multi-engine turbine aircraft.
  • Valid U.S. Passport and the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
  • Clean FAA record with no prior accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions.
  • Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Desired Qualifications

  • Current type rating in the G280 preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in Part 91 corporate flight operations.
  • Proficiency with ForeFlight, Jeppesen charts, and modern avionics suites
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working closely with executive leadership.
