ResponsibilitiesRole of a Corporate FX Salesperson• Take lead coverage responsibility for selected multinational corporate clients.• Provide comprehensive client coverage and actively prospect new business opportunities.• Advise corporate clients on FX risk management policies and hedging strategies.• Price and structure FX derivative products.• Analyze clients' financial position, business strategy, and industry trends.• Focus on strategic and event-driven risk management opportunities, working closely with other business lines.• Follow market developments and sponsor activity to identify opportunities for restructuring and risk management solutions.• Study FX market movements and assess client risk exposures.• Perform data-driven analytics to identify risk management opportunities.• Recommend and structure hedging solutions.• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and commercial proposals.• Maintain strong market knowledge and provide market updates to clients.• Monitor and maintain team pipeline and reporting.• Identify cross-selling opportunities and increase share of wallet across the client base.• Teamwork and back up is key .Client Coverage Responsibilities• Act as the lead relationship owner for allocated clients and products.• Manage client relationships and be accountable for associated revenues and risks.• Support achievement of individual and team revenue objectives.• Define and execute business plans to expand SG's client franchise.• Initiate and develop client relationships to originate and execute transactions.• Develop long-term client relationships built on trust and professionalism.• Anticipate changes in client needs and provide strategic solutions.• Respond to client inquiries regarding products, onboarding, events, legal documentation, and commercial matters.• Analyze, investigate, and resolve client requests promptly.• Build and cultivate sponsor and corporate client relationships in accordance with regulatory requirements.• Introduce clients to appropriate SG business lines to enhance client relevance and wallet share.• Generate recurring revenues through existing relationships and new client acquisition.• Support onboarding activities, including KYC, legal documentation, and ISDA execution.• Coordinate pricing requests with Trading, Structuring, Engineering, and Middle Office teams.• Manage client pricing inquiries and communicate requirements accurately to internal teams.• Produce marketing presentations, term sheets, and scenario analyses with support from Market Risk Advisory and Structuring teams.• Provide input into business line reporting and management information.• Deliver market insights and product updates related to FX and fixed income markets.Product Scope Responsibilities• Execute FX transactions including Spot, Forwards, FX Options, Exotic Options, and Deal Contingent Hedges.• Ensure all transactions are executed in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.• Observe all procedural requirements, including KYC, MiFID, risk controls, and product governance standards.• Develop and structure client-focused FX risk management solutions.• Coordinate with IT, Middle Office, and Back Office teams to resolve operational issues.• Maintain up-to-date intelligence on market developments, client trends, and product initiatives.• Develop marketing ideas and support transaction origination efforts.• Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for client discussions.Risk Management Responsibilities• Ensure compliance with SG sales procedures, guidelines, and the Sales Handbook.• Complete all required regulatory and compliance training.• Maintain a strong understanding of transaction-related risks, including market, credit, operational, legal, compliance, and reputational risks.• Operate within approved credit limits and risk parameters.• Balance client objectives with the Bank's risk appetite when making recommendations.• Maximize profitability while prudently managing risk and adhering to regulatory requirements.• Ensure trade confirmations are accurate and delivered promptly.• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and regularly reviewed.• Promote SG's reputation through professionalism, discipline, and sound risk management practices.• Escalate material risks and issues and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
