We are seeking a strategic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our growing Corporate Finance team and help drive performance across our organization.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne Area)
Reports to: Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A
Compensation: $125,000 - $155,000 base salary depending on experience

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and operational performance of the company. This highly visible role will involve direct collaboration with senior leadership and business unit heads, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities• Core Financial Reporting & Analysis (30%)- Prepare financial reporting material for monthly business reviews and quarterly Board of Directors presentations, including variance analysis and KPIs- Monitor monthly FP&A close, driving cross-functional adherence to timelines- Consolidate and analyze monthly results across clients and divisions- Drive visibility into labor productivity and key operational KPIs
• Budgeting, Planning, & Forecasting (30%)- Partner with Finance & Operational leadership to support the consolidated annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly risks & opportunities processes- Assist in preparing cash flow and liquidity projections to support budgeting, strategic planning, and liquidity management
• Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis (30%)- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable strategies- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate new initiatives and investment opportunities- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and support strategic goals
• Processes, Systems, and Technology Improvement (10%)- Support maintenance of OneStream implementation, including data mappings and hierarchies- Identify and assist with implementation of automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy What You’ll BringQualifications:- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or financial operations; experience in high-growth or M&A-driven environments preferred- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA, CPA, CMA certification preferred)- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations- Experience supporting senior leadership with reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences- Expert-level Excel required.
