Full Job Description
In this role, you will help strengthen clinical practice across long-term care teams by supporting staff development, education, and quality of care. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering with nursing staff and leadership to build knowledge, reinforce best practices, and support strong clinical performance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver clinical education programs for long-term care nursing staff
• Assess learning needs and create educational materials for long-term care settings
• Support onboarding and ongoing competency development for nursing staff
• Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical performance and care quality
Requirements
• Active RN license.
• At least 2 years of experience as an RN in long-term care.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Outlook and Teams.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
