About the role:
The Corporate Director of Human Resources leads and executes HR strategy across Harrison Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance, and development of a high-performing workforce. Oversees all HR functions across the organization including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, and HR systems across all properties.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee HR operations including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
• Lead recruiting and workforce planning initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics and report to executive leadership
• Drive employee engagement and retention programs
• Manage HR budgets and departmental resources
• Travel to properties to support HR initiatives

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required
• 8-12 years of progressive HR experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership role
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and travel as needed.
