What you'll do day-to-day
Propose, research, and execute new business ideas.
Coordinate and manage critical projects across the firm.
Work with various teams at the firm to generate and develop new products.
Contribute to corporate strategy and regularly present recommendations to senior management.
What we're looking for
A bachelor's or graduate degree, an impressive record of academic or professional achievement, and up to three years of work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations and updates for senior management.
Previous finance knowledge or experience is not required-past Corporate Development associates have come from fields including law, engineering, basic science research, philosophy, computer science, and government.
The expected annual base salary for this position is $135,000 to $160,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
