Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Progressive corporate accounting experience with demonstrated leadership capability
• Strong process orientation with a focus on system automation and data integrity
• Strong managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials or a comparable enterprise ERP platform
• Advanced Excel proficiency for financial modeling and analysis
• Ability to build effective, collaborative relationships across departments

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing corporate accounting team
• Own the full cycle of financial reporting, delivering GAAP-compliant statements
• Partner with executives to build budgets and translate financial data into insights
• Provide accounting insights and financial data to support decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing accounting workflows in Workday Financials
• Ensure compliance with IRS requirements and regulations
• Coordinate and lead the annual external audit process
