Coordinator of Business Development and Operations - Pain & Spine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Healthcare.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with IT and marketing software (CRM).
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Knowledge of market research and data analysis.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and execute business development plans.
• Provide feedback on physician and community needs.
• Coordinate system-wide marketing activities for assigned service line(s).
• Collaborate with service line leaders to promote hospital initiatives and services.
• Develop and grow effective relationships between the hospital and its departments, physicians, and the community.
• Coordinate operational activities as defined.
