Role Scope- Run deployment projects for controls and sensor systems across sites: scope, schedule, vendors, and field execution.
- Coordinate installation and integration of BMS and EPMS sensors, meters, and control hardware with construction and commissioning.
- Own the vendor relationships: procurement handoff, delivery timing, and field support when it breaks.
- Track every site's controls scope to done, with punch lists that actually reach zero.

- You've project-managed controls, instrumentation, or low-voltage systems installation on industrial or data center sites.
- You've herded electricians, integrators, and vendors to a date without owning any of them.
- You read one-lines, points lists, and network drawings well enough to catch a scope gap.
- You've recovered a slipping installation without burning the team.
- Your punch lists close because you drive them daily.
- Bonus: BMS and EPMS platforms. Data center construction. Commissioning coordination. PMP or equivalent.
