Full Job Description
Education: Minimum four-year Bachelor's degree in Computers Science, Cybersecurity, computer engineering, or other computer technology related field from accredited university required.

Certification: Certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, or CISSP are preferred but not required.

Experience: Two (2) to six (6) years of relevant industrial experience in operational

technology or controls and automation.

Job Summary:

Generally responsible for performing routine design of less complex assignments using practical knowledge and design methods with regards• Consults with design leaders from other disciplines in proportion to their technical skills and regard, the company's. • Creates and maintains the company culture and develops the culture with new teammates. to Operational Technology and Cybersecurity systems. With experience at this level, the expectation is to assist in the design of larger and more complex Operational Technology and Cybersecurity assignments. Work at this level requires progressive experience in Operational Technology or Cybersecurity design and involves the utilization of project controls for cost, schedule, and quality of projects. This work will be performed under minor supervision.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Creates and maintains company culture and developing the culture with new teammates.
• Supports the company's efforts to maintain CSIA Certification and use of Best Practices.
• Recognizes and communicates scope and design changes promptly
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced personnel in the department.
• Coordinates work activities with teammates and the discipline lead.
• Provides OT/Cybersecurity system specifications for engineering review and approval.
• Consults with design leaders from other disciplines in proportion to their technical skills
• Creates and maintains the company culture and develops the culture with new teammates
• Performs fieldwork necessary to gather field data, check communications tie-ins and support field deployments of OT/Cybersecurity projects.
• Support projects in the OT / Cybersecurity group by providing application of Operational Technology and Cybersecurity design knowledge including consulting with Hargrove's customers to determine hardware, software and system functional specifications related to networking, operating systems, and virtualization.
• Support Controls & Automation DCS/PLC/SIS projects by providing application of Operational Technology and Cybersecurity design knowledge including consulting with users to determine hardware, software and system functional specifications related to networking operating systems, and virtualization of Hargrove's in-house virtual engineering platform.
• Ensures all project documentation is stored in project directory.
• Provides on-site assistance during startup.
• Provides on-call coverage to clients as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Comfort with responsibility and assigned accountability.
• Embraces technology and leads technological changes.
• Familiarity with software licensing concepts and practices.
• Ability to lead custom Anti-virus deployments
• Familiarity with hardware customization including firmware flashing and BIOS recovery.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
