7-10+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or aerospace/defense
Strong command of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), reporting, and cost accounting
Experience influencing executive leadership and decision-making processes
CPA and/or MBA credentials are advantageous
Experience in global organizations; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including closing, reporting, forecasting, and performance visibility
Develop financial strategies, models, and business cases to guide investment decisions
Analyze cost structure, margins, and operational efficiency to optimize business performance
Ensure compliance with internal controls and conduct audits in a global corporate environment
Lead and manage Finance and IT teams to drive organizational goals
