Relyant Global is seeking a Controller with the following qualifications and experience:
- Above all, the ideal candidate is comfortable working in a flexible, dynamic, and highly demanding global organization.
- Strong desire to use success in this position to move into the CFO position under the Company's succession plan.
- At least five years of demonstrated success as a Controller for a company focused on federal government contracting.
- Extensive experience in project cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DOSAR, and CAS government procurement regulations.
- Experience managing an indirect cost rate structure and familiarity with the annual Incurred Cost Submission for the government.
- Licensed CPA with a thorough understanding of GAAP and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Experience overseeing the accounting for multiple consolidated international subsidiaries within a single ERP system.
- Proven success leading accounting teams, including employees based in multiple locations outside the United States.
- Ability to produce timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements.
- Ability to collaborate with the public accounting firm to ensure timely and accurate annual audited financial statements.
- Ability to coordinate with external tax CPAs to ensure the timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and foreign tax returns and payment of taxes due.
