Controller
As our Controller, you will oversee all accounting operations while leading a talented team of accounting professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and accounting support staff
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and consolidations
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies
- Partner with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives
- Improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencies
- Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
- Monitor financial performance across a diverse portfolio of businesses
- Drive process improvements and help scale accounting functions as the organization grows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Multi-entity accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Experience leading audits and working with external accountants
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
