Green Air Care is seeking an experienced
Controller to oversee accounting operations and support the company's continued growth. This is a key leadership role responsible for financial reporting, accounting processes, internal controls, and partnering with leadership on financial performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional with strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting experience, excellent attention to detail, and a track record of improving processes and leading accounting teams.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong US GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Sage Intacct experience preferred
- ServiceTitan or other field service software experience preferred
- Experience with job costing and departmental accounting preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Previous accounting leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage job costing, departmental accounting, and margin analysis
- Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting processes
- Oversee accounts receivable, vendor payments, cash flow, and credit card processes
- Coordinate tax filings, audits, and external accounting partners
- Oversee payroll and support accounting staff
- Analyze financial performance against budget and prior year
- Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, and reporting
