Job Summary Our company is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. This role will partner closely with senior management to support budgeting, cost analysis, monthly book closing, annual audit, annual tax filing, communication with shareholding company in Korea, daily cash management, loan management and operational efficiency within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Job Description - - Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and month-end close
- - Prepare accurate financial statements, forecasts, and management reports
- - Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cash-flow analysis
- - Monitor inventory, COGS, and production-related cost accounting
- - Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit requirements
- - Support operational teams with financial insights to improve profitability
- - Supervise and develop accounting staff
Qualifications - - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- - 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in manufacturing or food production
- - Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting
- - Proficiency with Excel/ERP/accounting systems(QuickBook/VistaTrack)
- - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- - Preferred bilingual in Korean
