• Lead and manage the transition of Verizon Carrier Services billing processes to the T1776 Contract framework.
• Coordinate with various internal teams and Verizon to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Analyze existing billing systems to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Create detailed timelines and risk assessment plans for the transition process.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of invoices during the migration phase.
