Contracts Manager, Lead
The Opportunity:

As a contract manager on our team, you will use your knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a varied range of proposals and contracts with a focus on complex technical solutions, fixed price outcomes and product delivery that spans cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and mission system modernization. You will guide product delivery and sales teams through the full opportunity lifecycle, providing strategic contracting support grounded in FAR, DFARS, agency-specific regulations, and other federal or state and local procurement standards where applicable.

As a part of our team, you will work closely with business leaders as they launch new products, service offerings and game-changing innovations. You will advise senior leaders on approaches and strategies for monetizing intellectual property. You will leverage your relationship-building expertise with internal stakeholders, key government customers and industry partners to navigate emerging technology trends and shape our go-to-market and contracting channel strategy. You will partner closely with Legal, Finance, Product Management, Sales and Engineering Delivery teams to facilitate compliant, efficient, and timely deal execution while protecting the company's interests.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation
  • 3+ years of experience negotiating emerging technologies, including systems development, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity solutions, product negotiations, intellectual property protection, and commercial warranties
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and channel partner relationships
  • Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and executing commercially based U.S. Government contracts for the development and sale of products and technical solutions
  • Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Federal agency procurement processes, and Federal contract types such as FFP, OTA, or GWACs
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with alternative contracting methods, including FFP contracting for discrete outcomes, Other Transaction Authority (OTA), Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
  • Knowledge of evolving technology trends

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
