We're looking for an experienced Contracts and Compliance Manager to lead and support all aspects of contract management and trade compliance at Intervala. In this role, you'll oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts while ensuring our company stays compliant with domestic and international trade regulations. This position plays a key role in protecting our business interests and supporting our continued growth in a fast-moving industry.
What You'll Do
Lead the proposal, negotiation, and management of complex contracts and agreements.
Collaborate across teams, customers, and outside counsel to drive contracts to closure efficiently.
Review and interpret contractual terms, ensuring compliance with applicable flow-down and quality requirements.
Oversee import/export compliance, ensuring adherence to ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFAR, and other regulations.
Determine appropriate jurisdiction and classification of products and technologies in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
Prepare and submit import/export licenses and authorizations with the Department of State and Department of Commerce.
Maintain and enhance company export compliance programs, policies, and employee training.
Monitor regulatory updates and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance.
Track and manage all contracts to ensure accuracy, security, and timely renewals.
Develop automated workflows and tools to streamline contract management processes.
