Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager - Federal Construction

Atlas delivers Contractor Quality Control management on complex federal construction projects - ground-up, multistory buildings that can include structural steel and mass timber, high-performance envelopes, advanced mechanical / electrical / plumbing systems, and specialized research or laboratory facilities, often pursuing LEED and the Federal Guiding Principles. The CQC Manager leads the federal three-phase quality-control program end to end - preparatory, initial, and follow-up control, submittal and materials management, testing and special-inspection coordination, and commissioning support - while serving as the on-site Site Safety and Health Officer. Success is a fully compliant, well-documented quality program that earns Government acceptance the first time and delivers systems that perform on turnover.
