The Contract Program Manager is responsible for directing, managing, and administrating the accomplishment of all tasks required by the SOW to ensure completion of program activities within the established budget and schedule. The CPM shall serve as the primary management point of contact for Contractor support allocated to the IMUA contract, oversee the accomplishment of the tasks (SOW), and ensure the delivery of the associated CDRLs.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between the VERTEX program office, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Government Program Manager (PM), maintaining regular and clear communication.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, financials, schedule adherence, personnel management, and training requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and management of security deliverables and contract modifications.
- Identify, document, and communicate significant risks and issues, including resolution plans and status updates to the COR and Government PM.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in relevant NGA programs, projects, and activities at both programmatic and technical levels to inform decision-making and guidance.
Required Skills and Experience:- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Master's degree in a Business-related field and seven (7) years of Program Management experience with demonstrated ability to lead contracts of similar scope and complexity.
- In lieu of a Master's degree, the CPM shall have a Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field and ten (10) years of Program Management experience
- Experience managing projects within the DoW/IC
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or comparable
