About this role:The Continuous Improvement Practitioner / Industrial Engineering Manager leads the site's continuous-improvement program and industrial engineering agenda. This role drives Lean deployment, kaizen events and productivity projects while owning labor standards, line balancing and capacity modeling for the plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Leads the site continuous-improvement program, including Lean deployment and kaizen roadmap.
- Facilitates kaizen events, value stream mapping and problem-solving workshops.
- Owns labor standards, line balancing, capacity models and plant layout strategy.
- Leads productivity, cost-reduction and waste-elimination projects with measurable savings.
- Coaches leaders and teams on Lean tools, standard work and daily management.
- Builds capability through training and certification of practitioners across the site.
- Tracks and reports improvement pipeline, savings and KPI impact.
- Partners with Operations, Quality, Materials and Engineering to prioritize improvements.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of industrial engineering and/or continuous-improvement experience in manufacturing.
- 7+ years of experience leading Lean deployments, kaizen events and value stream mapping.
Preferred Qualifications:- Lean / Six Sigma certification.
- Strong command of time studies, line balancing, labor standards and capacity modeling.
- Track record of delivering measurable productivity and cost-reduction results.
- Ability to coach and influence leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong data-analysis skills and structured problem-solving (8D, A3, DMAIC).
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency with simulation and analytics tools (FlexSim, Minitab, Power BI, AutoCad).
Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Other CompensationThis position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
