5-7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or related fields
Proven background in discrete manufacturing processes (assembly, machining, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate and influence across different teams
Comfortable working directly on the shop floor
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Responsibilities
Lead Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Materials teams to identify waste
Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Apply Lean tools like 5S and visual management to sustain improvements
Coach supervisors and team leads on Continuous Improvement practices
