Responsibilities - Lead and manage a continuous improvement team focused on enhancing customer delivery and supply chain performance.
- Influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to drive complex improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Partner with leadership to establish improvement goals, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources to the highest-impact opportunities.
- Develop and manage a structured process to identify, triage, and implement improvement opportunities across the end-to-end value chain.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects in collaboration with Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, and business teams.
- Conduct thorough, analytical assessments of the value chain to identify risks, recurring issues, and root causes impacting customer delivery.
- Apply structured problem-solving and critical-thinking approaches to deliver sustainable, data-driven solutions.
- Lead large-scale initiatives that improve supply chain resilience, flexibility, and overall customer delivery performance.
- Manage project timelines, ensure realization of benefits, and maintain forward visibility into the improvement project pipeline.
- Develop clear, effective communications and lead change management efforts to align stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Mentor and coach team members in project execution and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and or related field.
- 10+ years of industry experience in a global manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain / process improvement roles.
