Continuous Improvement Engineer

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at our Tulsa Integration Center, you'll play a vital role in driving our ambitious goals and ensuring our production processes are world class. Join our team and contribute to our mission of crafting a more efficient, safe, and high-quality production environment!

What You'll Do

  • Bring value by mapping value streams, conducting time studies, and analyzing data in warehouse and assembly operations.
  • Optimize process safety, quality, and efficiency using Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Implement tools such as A3, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S+Safety, Standard Operating Work, Gemba, Kaizen, and Shadow boards.
  • Mentor employees in LEAN manufacturing methodologies and build CI culture.
  • Analyze First Pass yield of various manufacturing work streams and drive focused Kaizen events to reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with quality and manufacturing engineering to propose poke-yoke and visual control solutions.
  • Assist the engineering manager in setting and achieving annual operational targets.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to improve production processes.
  • Prepare presentations and training materials on World Class Manufacturing techniques to support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years direct experience in a manufacturing environment related to electro-mechanical products or white goods,
  • OR Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field with 1 year of direct experience.
  • Certified LEAN or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
  • Hands-on technical problem solver with experience in end-to-end optimization projects involving value stream mapping and material flow.
  • Strong mathematics skills with exposure to return-on-investment techniques.
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Visio.
  • Continuous Improvement experience in both production and warehouse operations.
  • Experience using Discrete Event simulation tools like Arena or equivalent.

Depending on the nature of your role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Pay Range
$63,000 - $117,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
