Job DescriptionThis role can be based anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.Graebel Companies, Inc is seeking a Contentful Administrator. The Contentful Administrator is responsible for the configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of the Luminate Portal's content management system (CMS) using Contentful. This role will ensure that content structures, workflows, and publishing processes are scalable, consistent, and aligned with business and user needs. The Contentful Administrator will collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to enable efficient content delivery and a seamless end-user experience.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:•
Strategy- Contribute to CMS strategy for the Luminate Portal, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with product and business goals
- Maintain content models, taxonomy, and governance standards within Contentful
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align CMS capabilities with platform roadmap and feature delivery
- Support the development of KPIs related to content performance, usability, and operational efficiency
- Act as a subject matter expert for Contentful, advising stakeholders on best practices and optimal design of content structures
Configuration & Administration- Configure and manage Contentful environments, spaces, content types, fields, and roles/permissions
- Build and maintain reusable content models to support multi-country, multi-client use cases
- Establish and manage workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publishing
- Ensure proper version control, environment management, and release processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues in collaboration with technical teams
Operations & Optimization- Monitor CMS usage and performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and usability
- Streamline content operations to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
- Support integrations between Contentful and other platforms within the Luminate ecosystem
- Maintain documentation, standards, and training materials for CMS users
- Drive continuous improvement of CMS practices, governance, and processes

EDUCATION:- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Required ExperienceKNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: - 3-5+ years of experience administering or configuring a CMS platform (Contentful strongly preferred)
- Experience designing and managing content models, taxonomies, and workflows
- Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and API-driven integrations
- Experience working in a SaaS or digital product environment preferred
- Experience supporting global or multi-language platforms is an asset
- Mobility industry experience is an asset but not required
