WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute consumer research studies (quantitative and qualitative), including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and ethnographic studies.
Own and evolve the consumer segmentation framework to identify high-value audiences and tailor messaging, creative, and channel mix to match needs, mindsets, and behaviors.
Leverage shopper insights-especially tied to upcoming retail launches-to inform messaging, in-store activations, and omni-channel content strategies that resonate at the point of sale.
Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and shifts in the wellness, coffee, and functional beverage space to keep RYZE ahead of the curve.
Use advanced analytics and predictive modeling (in partnership with the Data team) to anticipate emerging consumer behaviors and proactively shape strategic direction.
Translate consumer data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product, marketing, and sales teams.
Manage and collaborate with external research vendors and agencies.
Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive intelligence to inform brand and product strategy.
Present findings and insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
Partner with data analytics and product teams to align insights with broader business goals.
