The Role As a Consultant Technical Producer, you execute campaign builds: HTML email development, Content Block creation, template configuration, and basic Liquid personalization in Braze. Your focus is campaign management-building, testing, and deploying the messaging that drives engagement for Fortune 1000 brands. You follow Stitch's QA processes rigorously, solve rendering issues across email clients, and document your work so it's repeatable. You collaborate with Solution Architects on data and segmentation and with Project Managers on timeline and scope.
Who You AreFirst and foremost, you're motivated by impact. To be the best CRM consultancy in the world, we have to be motivated by performance-both in how our work drives outcomes for our customers, and for how our work drives outcomes for Stitch.
This means you're not content with status quo-you're always looking towards what's next and seeking opportunities to grow yourself, grow our customers, and grow Stitch. You have relentless standards and uphold them unapologetically. You move nimbly, take ownership, drive things forward, and make the people around you better. If this sounds like you, you will thrive here.
