What You Will Do:
As part of a team, provide comprehensive support to a federal organization to drive transformational change across a cabinet-level agency. Collaborate directly with senior level clients in a fast-paced environment to shape and execute strategy, including stakeholder engagement, internal operations, communications, and program execution.

What You Will Need:

The successful candidate will have at least 1-3 years of professional experience with expertise in the following areas:
  • Proven abilities and prior success working in a fast-paced environment with expectations to contribute to or lead workstream, to help provide clarity and direction in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into tangible documents, briefings, and/or deliverables.
  • Prior experience in creating C-Suite level strategic communications and visuals (i.e. one-pagers, "slicksheets," etc.).
  • Prior experience in communications and stakeholder engagement to engender alignment and buy-in across a large, diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Prior experience supporting program management initiatives, including reporting, financial and resource management, communications, and operations.
  • Prior experience in preparing and/or facilitating client meetings and synthesizing data into high-level outputs.
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (i.e. US Citizenship required).


What Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, developers, architects and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects in addition to time-sensitive ad-hoc requests.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization approaches and tools


The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
