What You Will Do:
Support federal clients in improving grants management operations and program effectiveness across a variety of business and operational initiatives.
Conduct research, data collection, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities to inform project recommendations and decision-making.
Support process improvement initiatives through current-state assessments, process documentation, requirements gathering, and analysis of business challenges.
Assist with stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, and working sessions to gather information and build alignment across project teams.
Develop and maintain project deliverables, including presentations, briefing materials, meeting summaries, reports, process documentation, and client communications.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and potential improvement areas.
Conduct analyses and quality reviews to enhance operational effectiveness, compliance, consistency, and program outcomes.
Support project management activities, including action item tracking, status reporting, meeting coordination, and work planning.
Contribute to the development of recommendations that improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder experience.
Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Deliver high-quality work products with attention to detail and adherence to project standards and timelines.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust; Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred.
Bachelor's degree.
TWO (2) or more years of experience in consulting, business analysis, program support, project management, process improvement, grants management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize, synthesize, and communicate complex information.
Experience developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, analyses, and briefing materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience developing presentations, reports, briefings, and other client-facing deliverables.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Bachelors in Business
Experience supporting federal government clients.
Experience supporting grants management, grants administration, or grants-related programs.
Experience with business analysis, process improvement, process documentation, process mapping, or requirements gathering activities.
Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, business process management, human-centered design, or related methodologies.
Experience using Visio, Miro, or similar tools for documentation and collaboration.
Experience facilitating meetings, stakeholder interviews, or working sessions.
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
