We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support Tech Strategy enablement focused on creating impactful and insightful reporting to highlight Tech Strategy progress and areas of opportunity. The individual will be responsible for enhancing existing dashboards and reporting, creating firm opco/tech opco content, and standardizing/rationalizing current suite of tech strategy reporting. We are also looking for someone who can be fungible and help manage team priorities, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.

• What you'll do in the role:
• Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
• Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, onboarding execution, and governance activities across a portfolio of Fixed Income, Equities, and FX applications.
• Collaborate closely with application owners, control functions, and engineering teams
• Deliver operational efficiencies
• Strengthen the firm's control environment
• Support regulatory, audit, and risk management objectives across ISG
• This role partners with business, risk, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and technology stakeholders to onboard applications onto strategic entitlement platforms, implement role-based access controls, and transform legacy access models into standardized, automated, and auditable solutions.

• Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes, and operating procedures for large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, risk, compliance, technology, and operations teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable solutions and driving delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), entitlement management, or role-based access control (RBAC) programs.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, audit, or regulatory initiatives within the financial services industry.
• Experience onboarding applications to strategic platforms or leading business transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Institutional Securities businesses, including Fixed Income, Equities, and Foreign Exchange (FX) products and workflows.
• At least 10+ years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
