Job DescriptionConstruction SuperintendentWe are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team in the Raleigh area. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction projects from planning to implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day construction operations on-site
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Certifications in construction management or a related field (a plus)
