Job Qualifications and Responsibilities - Minimum of 8 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, preferably with ground up full-service restaurant and/or ground up Industrial/warehouse experience.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, negotiation and planning skills are required.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.), project software, including Procore preferred.
- Ability to implement new ideas. Be an active member and leader within our company, actively participating in committees, making recommendations for new initiatives, and embracing new policies related to Safety and Quality.
- This job requires 25-30 % of commuting, up to 90 minutes; 40-50% overnight travel.
