Construction Superintendent - Commercial Tenant Improvements, you'll lead the day-to-day field execution of commercial TI projects throughout the Denver Metro area.
These are fast-moving projects that require strong trade coordination, schedule management, attention to quality, and excellent communication with clients and the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Conduct daily site walk-throughs and proactively identify and resolve field issues
- Hold subcontractors accountable for quality, safety, schedule, and jobsite expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other project partners
- Participate in OAC meetings and provide clear, timely project updates
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, cleanliness, quality, and professionalism
- Take ownership of problems and drive them through resolution
- Bring solutions-not just problems-when challenges arise
What You Bring- 5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience, with strong commercial TI experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing, scheduling, and field execution
- Experience coordinating and holding multiple trades accountable
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Calm, organized, solutions-focused approach in a fast-moving environment
- Procore experience strongly preferred
- Ground-up commercial construction experience is a strong plus
- Strong ownership mentality and commitment to quality and client service
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000, based on experience
