Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement project plans on-site according to the SOW.
  • Schedule and manage all phases of the construction process.
  • Prepare daily reports in collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Safety & Health Officer.
  • Attend and actively participate in internal and external tailgate meetings to discuss project safety and health.
  • Review and process project submittals and documentation.
  • Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with the on-site team.
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors on-site.

About this position: Construction Superintendent Location - Anchorage, AK

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Enter the fundamental job duties of the position. ADA Required
  • On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW
  • Schedule and execute all phases of construction
  • Estimating experience including RSMeans
  • Attendance at regular internal and external tailgates meetings including daily discussions on project health and safety
  • Preparation of daily reports with Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM
  • Review and processing of project submittals
  • Active role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on site staff
  • Coordination with on-site subs
  • Other duties as assigned

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications
  • Education Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent
  • Level of Experience Requirements: OSHA 30 Training

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
