Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Enter the fundamental job duties of the position. ADA Required
- On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW
- Schedule and execute all phases of construction
- Estimating experience including RSMeans
- Attendance at regular internal and external tailgates meetings including daily discussions on project health and safety
- Preparation of daily reports with Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM
- Review and processing of project submittals
- Active role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on site staff
- Coordination with on-site subs
- Other duties as assigned
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications - Education Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent
- Level of Experience Requirements: OSHA 30 Training

- A minimum of 3 years in Construction with a preference for Federal/DOD work
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics - Enter minimum KSAO's required to do the job.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer skills
- Skilled in Microsoft® Office programs
- Construction management experience
Preferred - Federal government or DOD experience in construction
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Federal government or DOD experience in construction
Supervisory Responsibilities- This position will have supervisory responsibilities.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.
