Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience in commercial construction field supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site as necessary.
• Preferred: Experience supervising large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Preferred: Familiarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site trade work with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate material deliveries and installation to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between trades to resolve conflicts and ensure progress.
• Monitor workforce production and guide compliance with Holder standards.
• Collaborate with project management to address issues and support objectives.
• Promote a zero-accident safety culture and enforce compliance with safety policies.
• Mentor junior field staff and aid in team development and training initiatives.
