Construction Project Superintendent/QC/SSHO (Tri-Hat)

CMS Construction is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent/QC Manager/SSHO to join our team for an upcoming federal roofing project. This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, project scheduling and coordination, quality control, site safety, subcontractor coordination, and successful project execution.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent and/or QC Manager on federal construction projects valued at $4 million or more. Roofing project experience is strongly preferred.

Supervise total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, architectural/engineering, and subcontractors. Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily onsite functions such as subcontractor scheduling, production, and workmanship. Position has the potential to oversee one or more jobs/areas at a time and may require travel. The project is located on an active US military base, so applicants will be required to pass a government background check. The Superintendent/QC/SSHO position may also require some minor labor duties "working" such as site cleanup, protect-in-place, touch up/ punch list items or picking up materials for workers.
