Qualifications

• Familiarity with the construction process to identify and address issues.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Experience in coordinating schedules with project stakeholders including superintendents and subcontractors.
• Capacity to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage complex baseline schedules using CPM best practices.
• Conduct weekly meetings to update construction schedules through site visits and superintendent feedback.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for efficient schedule management and report generation.
• Analyze schedule variances and produce custom reports filtering by trade and time frames.
• Resource-load schedules to track earned value and ensure cost accuracy.
• Create Time Impact Analysis reports using historical CPM data.
• Analyze large data sets and schedules using Excel.
• Engage with clients directly to resolve concerns and fulfill requests.
• Oversee the production of mid-month and end-of-month schedule deliverables.
• Mentor and support the development of junior schedulers.
