Qualifications

• 10 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience with a commercial general contractor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist preconstruction with preparing estimates and detailed project plans.
• Participate in the development of project proposals.
• Champion the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Drive vendor selections and oversee contract administration.
• Analyze and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor construction compliance with contracts, codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct project reviews to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide status reports on project milestones, budgets, and potential issues.
