As a respected, family-owned construction firm with over 50 years of experience in commercial and multi-housing projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Portland, ME area. This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who enjoys managing projects from preconstruction through completion, building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and working closely with a tight-knit, experienced team. What You'll Do as the Project Manager:
Manage commercial and multi-family construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project documentation
Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, owners, and internal teams
Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes of work, contracts, and performance
Monitor project costs, forecasts, and profitability throughout the project
Identify potential schedule, cost, and constructability issues and work proactively to resolve them
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Partner closely with field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
Manage project closeout, punch lists, documentation, and turnover

Competitive base salary with flexibility based on experience. $90,000-$120,000.
